Haufe Akademie –Multi-Brand PowerPoint Master
Haufe Akademie is one of Germany's leading providers of corporate learning solutions, and we have been its external presentation department since 2023. Based on the new corporate design, we built a complete PowerPoint presentation infrastructure: a central master from which 17 themes are derived for 17 product and brand areas – each with its own colour coding and the matching product or brand logos, available in light mode and dark mode. The system is complemented by a clear styleguide for onboarding employees and an extensive chartpool with editable standard slides.

The challenge
- Translate the new corporate design into a consistent, scalable presentation infrastructure
- Map 17 product and brand areas consistently from a central master (multi-brand)
- Integrate a dedicated colour coding and the matching product/brand logos for each area
- Make all themes usable in both light mode and dark mode
- Empower employees to use the system independently and on brand
